Click Media , the talent management vertical of Barcode Entertainment, focuses on building and managing a strong network of creators and digital talent. We work closely with creators to build their profiles, unlock brand opportunities, and develop long-term partnerships that create value for both creators and brands.

Position Summary

We are looking for a Talent Management professional to join Click Media and play a key role in building and expanding our creator network .

The role will primarily focus on creator onboarding (70%) , identifying relevant creators, initiating conversations, evaluating their potential, and successfully bringing them into the Click Media network. The remaining responsibilities will include managing creator relationships, understanding their requirements, identifying opportunities, and supporting their overall growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

Creator Onboarding – 70%

- Identify and research relevant creators across Instagram, YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential creators across different categories and content niches.
- Reach out to creators and initiate conversations regarding representation and management opportunities.
- Pitch Click Media’s value proposition and explain the perks of being part of the talent network.
- Evaluate creators based on content quality, audience, engagement, positioning, growth potential and brand suitability.
- Negotiate and close creator onboarding discussions.




- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Build a strong and continuously growing roster of creators for Click Media.

Creator Management & Relationship Building – 30%

- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with managed creators.
- Understand creators’ goals, requirements and career aspirations.
- Identify relevant brand collaboration and commercial opportunities for creators.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of creator opportunities.
- Support creators with positioning, opportunities and overall career growth.
- Stay updated on creator trends, emerging talent, content formats and social media trends.
- Maintain updated creator databases, profiles and relevant performance information.
- Act as a point of contact between creators and the internal team.

Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in Talent Management, Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, Business Development or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the creator and influencer ecosystem.
- Experience in creator acquisition/onboarding or business development will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify promising creators and assess their potential.
- Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups and converting leads into onboarded creators.
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube and the broader digital creator ecosystem.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
