This role is suitable for professionals with hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across multiple roles.

Role Summary The Talent Executive Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, coordination, and candidate engagement. The role requires structured evaluation skills, sourcing expertise, and a delivery-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals,



database search, and market mapping
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement intake to offer closure
- Conduct detailed screening calls and structured interviews
- Align candidate profiles with client requirements
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders on hiring progress
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines
- Ensure timely and quality candidate submissions
- Maintain ATS records and recruitment trackers

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in recruitment / talent acquisition / executive search
- Strong sourcing and screening capability
- Target-oriented and performance-driven
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple open positions
