Role Description The Talent Acquisition Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes for various consulting and support positions.

Executive will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define role requirements, and ensure timely and high-quality hiring decisions.



Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining talent pipelines, managing job postings, coordinating offer letters and onboarding, and supporting employer branding initiatives. The role also involves contributing to talent management activities, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and maintaining accurate recruitment data and reports.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Hiring and Recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Candidates should possess Talent Management and Employee Engagement skills, with experience in supporting retention initiatives, onboarding, and workforce development.
- Candidates should possess valuable stakeholder management, time management, and organizational skills to handle multiple hiring requirements efficiently.
- Relevant experience in talent acquisition or human resources, preferably within consulting or professional services organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals, and professional networking platforms.
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to non-discriminatory hiring practices.
