Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment and talent acquisition process
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates through various channels
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Understand hiring requirements and identify suitable profiles
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Manage offer discussions and joining formalities




- Maintain positive candidate relationships throughout the hiring process
- Work closely with internal teams to meet hiring targets
- Perform onboarding documentation and joining formalities for new joiners

Qualifications

- 1+ year of experience in B2B recruitment / talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of hiring and recruitment processes
- Valuable understanding of the digital marketing industry
- Experience with sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and other recruitment channels
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good screening, coordination and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle multiple positions and meet hiring timelines
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Location: Pune
- Salary: No bar for the right candidate
