Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional with experience to manage end-to-end recruitment across business and support functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment,



from sourcing to offer closure and onboarding.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, and other channels.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for lending and related roles.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage offer negotiations and ensure timely closures.
- Track recruitment metrics, TAT, offer-to-join ratios, and hiring progress.
- Work closely with HR and business teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Support market mapping and talent intelligence for critical roles.
- Manage recruitment vendors and ensure effective utilization of external hiring partners.

Preferred Experience
- Prior TA/recruitment experience in lending, NBFC, banking, fintech, or financial services.
- Good understanding of lending functions such as Credit, Risk, Collections, Sales, Operations, and Product.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
- Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate management skills.

Education Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
