About the Role

Zell Education is looking for a Talent Acquisition skilled who can manage hiring across different levels and functions from freshers and junior roles to mid-level and senior positions, along with sales and bulk hiring.

This role requires strong sourcing skills, the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously and ownership of the recruitment process from sourcing to closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing, screening and interview coordination to offer closure and joining.
- Handle hiring across fresher, junior, mid-level and senior positions.
- Drive bulk hiring and volume recruitment for business requirements.
- Manage sales hiring, including high-volume requirements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, job portals, databases and other channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and upcoming requirements.
- Screen candidates based on role requirements, experience, skills and compensation.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth candidate movement through the process.
- Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, offer discussions and joining formalities.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely closures.




- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on hiring pipelines and closures.
- Explore new sourcing channels and hiring strategies for difficult-to-close and niche positions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

What We’re Looking For
- 2–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Strong hands-on experience in sourcing and end-to-end hiring.
- Experience handling a mix of junior, mid-level, senior, fresher and volume hiring.
- Exposure to sales recruitment and bulk hiring is preferred.
- Robust knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, candidate management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up, coordination and closure skills.
- Experience in EdTech, Education, SaaS or a fast-paced organization will be an advantage.
