Role Overview

We are looking for a focused and driven Talent Acquisition Executive to own end-to-end recruitment and sourcing for our technology function. This role is purely hiring-focused, covering sourcing, screening, and closing tech roles across engineering, product, data, and IT, and does not extend into broader HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology roles (engineering, product, data, QA, IT, and related functions) from requisition intake to offer closure
- Source active and passive candidates through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, tech communities, and other sourcing channels
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and anticipated tech hiring needs
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video screening to assess technical fit, relevant experience, and culture fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical panels, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring funnel, including feedback loops and status updates




- Negotiate and roll out offers in coordination with the HR and compensation team • Track and report recruitment metrics such as sourcing mix, funnel conversion, time-to-fill, and offer-to-joining ratio
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and tech hiring platforms as needed
- Stay current on tech hiring market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor talent movement

Requirements

- 3–6 years of Talent Acquisition experience with mandatory exposure to retail industry hiring (non-store)

- Strong understanding of retail business functions and operating models

- Proven ability to hire for corporate / head office roles within retail, D2C, or consumer brands

- Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills

- Ability to manage multiple mandates in a fast-paced environment

- Data-driven mindset with strong tracking and reporting capabilities
