Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment and talent acquisition process

Source, screen and shortlist candidates through various channels

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates

Understand hiring requirements and identify suitable profiles

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline





Manage offer discussions and joining formalities

Maintain positive candidate relationships throughout the hiring process

Work closely with internal teams to meet hiring targets

Perform onboarding documentation and joining formalities for new joiners

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in B2B recruitment / talent acquisition

Strong knowledge of hiring and recruitment processes

Good understanding of the digital marketing industry

Experience with sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and other recruitment channels

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good screening, coordination and negotiation skills

Ability to handle multiple positions and meet hiring timelines

Immediate joiners preferred

Location: Pune
