- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for bulk hiring, including sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop job descriptions, interview schedules, and evaluation criteria.
- Conduct interviews (phone/video) with shortlisted candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients (internal stakeholders) regarding candidate status updates during each stage of the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with candidates throughout the entire recruitment cycle.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 6-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field.
- Proven track record of handling teams effectively for bulk hiring projects.
- Robust understanding of BPO industry trends and best practices in end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with internal stakeholders.
