About the Role

We are looking for a passionate IT Recruiter who enjoys the challenge of recruitment and takes ownership of the complete hiring lifecycle.

This is not just a sourcing role. You will work closely with global stakeholders, hiring managers and leading brands , handling requirements across different technologies and geographies.

If you enjoy the chase, can handle rejection, learn from failed closures and come back stronger — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to onboarding and post-onboarding engagement.
- Work closely with hiring managers, stakeholders and account teams to understand requirements and deliver against hiring needs.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri and other relevant sourcing channels .
- Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, motivation, availability and overall fit.
- Manage interview scheduling, feedback follow-ups and candidate communication.
- Drive candidates through the offer, negotiation and joining process .
- Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the recruitment journey and after onboarding.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
- Work on multiple requirements simultaneously while maintaining quality and turnaround time.
- Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.




- Continuously explore new sourcing strategies and approaches to improve hiring outcomes.

What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience.
- Strong experience in sourcing and screening IT/technology professionals .
- Good understanding of IT roles, technologies and technical skill requirements.
- Experience managing recruitment processes end-to-end .
- Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills.
- Good communication, follow-up and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable working with targets, deadlines and multiple priorities.
- A proactive mindset with solid ownership.
- Most importantly, passion and resilience — the ability to handle rejection, difficult requirements and failed closures without losing momentum.
