Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition professional with 4–5 years of relevant experience, preferably from the manufacturing industry, to join our Corporate HR team.

The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, while ensuring timely closure of manpower requirements and building a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from manpower requisition to candidate joining.
- Understand manpower requirements, Job Descriptions in coordination with functional & business heads.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment consultants, social media and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical, functional, behavioural and organizational requirements.
- Conduct initial HR discussions and coordinate managerial and department head interview rounds.
- Maintain a strong and active talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
- Coordinate with functional and business leaders for recruitment requirements and closure.




- Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per agreed recruitment timelines.
- Negotiate compensation and coordinate offer releases in line with approved salary structures.
- Manage candidate communication, offer follow-up, joining formalities and pre-joining engagement.
- Maintain recruitment MIS covering open positions, sourcing, interviews, offers, joining status and ageing of vacancies.
- Develop and maintain a database of potential candidates for future requirements.
- Support campus hiring, bulk hiring, walk-in drives and specialized recruitment drives as required.
- Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
- Ensure recruitment activities are aligned with company policies, manpower budgets and approval processes.
- Support the HR team in other Talent Management and HR initiatives as required.

Qualification:

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- Graduation in any discipline.

Notice Period:

Immediate joiners to candidates with a notice period of 15 days will be preferred.
