- Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and compliance documentation.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
- Ensure employer branding is reflected in all recruitment activities.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on hiring progress.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in hiring.
- Collaborate with HR for onboarding and smooth transition of current hires.

- Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HRIS tools.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in recruitment.
- Experience hiring across technical and non-technical roles.
- Certifications in HR or recruitment (preferred but not mandatory).
