Role Description This full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role is based in the Mohali district, India.

The Talent Acquisition

Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various roles within Scale Healthcare.

Responsibilities include coordinating interviews with hiring managers, maintaining accurate candidate data in recruitment systems, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.



The role also involves supporting employer branding initiatives, collaborating with leadership to understand workforce needs, and contributing to continuous improvement of hiring strategies and processes.

The Talent Acquisition

Specialist will work closely with HR and operations teams to ensure timely and effective staffing for a growing healthcare services organization.

Qualifications

- Robust Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills, with experience managing roles from requisition to offer acceptance.
- Proficiency in Interviewing and Hiring, including structured interview techniques and selection decision support.
- Experience with Employer Branding initiatives and talent attraction strategies in competitive markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and social media recruiting platforms.
- Ability to work on-site in Mohali district and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; relevant certifications in recruitment or HR are a plus.
- Prior experience recruiting for healthcare, technology, or professional services organizations is an advantage.
