We are looking for an HR Executive with robust experience in Talent Acquisition and Office/HR Operations.

? Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Sourcing, screening and coordinating interviews
- Candidate follow-ups and offer coordination
- Joining & onboarding formalities
- Employee documentation and HR records
- Attendance & leave management
- Employee engagement and internal communication
- Office administration and day-to-day coordination
- HR MIS and reporting
- Supporting HR policies and processes
- Coordination with employees and management

? Candidate Profile:





✅ 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / HR

✅ Strong communication and coordination skills

✅ Good knowledge of recruitment processes

✅ Comfortable handling office and HR operations

✅ Good MS Excel and documentation skills

✅ Advertising / Marketing Services experience will be an advantage

✅ Proactive, organized and responsible
