About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This role will be responsible for end-to-end hiring across corporate roles within the organization. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and onboarding top talent to support our strategic growth objectives.

You will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive recruitment professional to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Postgraduate Degree, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of 5-8 years of talent acquisition experience is required,



particularly in recruiting for non-IT corporate roles within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain. Candidates should have proven expertise in sourcing candidates through various channels, including digital platforms, talent networks, and referrals.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with a results-oriented mindset and a commitment to execution excellence. Attention to detail, strong presentation abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are also critical for success.

Responsibilities The key responsibilities of this role include:

- Own and drive the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates to fill corporate roles efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience that aligns with our employer brand, fostering a positive perception of TVS Credit Services Ltd.
- Leverage digital sourcing strategies, including social media, job portals, and talent networks, to build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles,



and develop targeted sourcing approaches.
- Manage multiple searches simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet hiring deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports to facilitate decision-making and process improvements.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and talent engagement activities to attract high-caliber candidates.
