We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good sourcing ability, and the confidence to manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions/interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Negotiate compensation and coordinate offer rollouts.
- Ensure candidates complete the required documentation and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment and candidate records.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and close open positions within timelines.
- Support the HR team in improving candidate experience and recruitment processes.
- Meet assigned hiring targets and recruitment timelines.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of sourcing and screening techniques.
- Experience working with job portals and LinkedIn.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
