Role Purpose

Move Moolchand's non-clinical hiring from filling vacancies to running a talent engine. Faster hiring, lower cost per hire, better quality of hire — across Delhi and Agra. Owns the full hiring lifecycle, the recruiting tech stack, the employer brand, and the TA team.

Scope is digital marketing, IT, finance & accounts, quality/accreditation, legal, HR, admin, procurement, call centre, front office, housekeeping/support functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Personally headhunt and close senior non-clinical roles — digital, IT, finance, quality,



marketing, operations leadership.
- Own campus and institute channels: B-schools, engineering and commerce colleges, CA/CS firms
- Build the AI recruiting stack: AI shortlisting, AI-drafted interview questions and Chatbot screening for bulk roles

Experience

- Demonstrable ownership of an AI-enabled or heavily automated recruitment process — named tools, the workflow built, before/after numbers, personal role
- Senior non-clinical closures sourced directly, not through agencies
