Role Summary

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and build strong talent pipelines across business functions. The role will involve market mapping, sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, interview coordination, offer closure, and onboarding, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely hiring.

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3–8 years of experience who thinks beyond filling roles someone who understands the business, knows how to find exceptional talent, and can turn hiring challenges into successful closures.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer closure and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and define effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, referrals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Drive hiring for niche, critical, and hard-to-fill roles using targeted and creative sourcing approaches.
- Conduct candidate screening and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, motivation, and role fit.
- Manage interview processes and ensure smooth coordination between candidates and stakeholders.
- Drive offer discussions, negotiations, and closures while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
- Track hiring progress, maintain recruitment data, and ensure timely closure of positions against defined TATs.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and create a positive, transparent, and engaging hiring experience.
- Contribute to employer branding, employee referrals, campus hiring, and recruitment process improvements.
