Hiring: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Non-IT)

Location: Okhla, Current Delhi (5 Days, Work from Office)

Note: Only Delhi based candidates with current CTC of 11-18 LPA are eligible.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Non-IT Recruiter who is working completely in the recruitment. This is an Individual Contributor role handling end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle - Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting, Interview Scheduling, Offer Rollout & Salary Negotiation, Releasing Offer Letters

· Sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other job portals

· Coordinating with hiring managers for manpower requirements across non-IT functions





· Maintaining recruitment trackers, ATS, and daily hiring reports

· Ensuring timely closures and offer-to-joining conversion

Candidate Requirements:

· Must be a Non-IT Recruiter only

· Currently working in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment - either in-house company OR from a Recruitment Firm / Consultancy

· Strong experience in end-to-end hiring & offer management

· Good communication and negotiation skills

· MBA(HR) preferred
