- Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval to onboarding.
- Source talent through multiple channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, campus hiring, and qualified networks.
- Ensure closure of positions within agreed timelines while maintaining quality standards.
- Handle recruitment for leadership, middle management, engineering, manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and other support functions.
