Position: Talent Acquisition Executive – U.S. HR Operations

Location: KPHB, Hyderabad
Shift: U.S. Night Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Week Off: Saturday & Sunday
Key Responsibilities :
- Support employee onboarding and HR documentation .
- Handle day-to-day U.S. HR Operations and compliance support .
- Assist with employee benefits and insurance coordination .
- Provide support for payroll-related HR activities .
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS/HRMS data .
- Support the complete employee lifecycle , including onboarding and offboarding.
- Maintain HR reports, trackers, and documentation.
- Assist with employee documentation and HR process requirements.
- Coordinate with internal HR, payroll, compliance, and operations teams.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Freshers Only .
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field .
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- Knowledge or interest in U.S. HR Operations, onboarding, compliance, and benefits is preferred.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills .
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook .
- Knowledge of HRIS/HRMS is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Willingness to work in the U.S. Night Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM .
