Job Summary

Syn Star Staffing and Software Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Manager to manage recruitment operations, handle specialized hiring requirements, and build and lead a recruitment team.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in recruitment, sourcing, candidate management and team handling, with specialization in at least one recruitment segment such as Blue Collar, Grey Collar, White Collar or Non-IT Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to candidate closure.
- Handle multiple recruitment requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Source candidates through recruitment portals, databases, references, social media and other sourcing channels.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Specialize in and independently manage a specific recruitment segment.
- Build, manage and mentor a recruitment team.
- Allocate recruitment requirements to team members based on their area of specialization.
- Monitor individual and team recruitment performance.
- Train recruiters on sourcing, screening and candidate engagement techniques.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies for different hiring requirements.
- Coordinate candidate screening, interviews and selection processes.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
- Work towards achieving recruitment targets and delivery timelines.
- Identify new sourcing methods to improve recruitment efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- MBA (HR), MA (HRM),



MSW (HR), or any relevant Postgraduate Degree with Human Resources as the major subject.
- 5–10 years of relevant recruitment / talent acquisition experience.
- Strong experience using recruitment portals and other sourcing methods.
- Proven specialization in at least one recruitment domain, such as:
- Blue Collar Recruitment
- Grey Collar Recruitment
- White Collar Recruitment
- Non-IT Recruitment
- Other specialized recruitment areas
- Strong English communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Previous experience in managing or building a recruitment team.
- Ability to independently handle recruitment requirements and deliver candidates within timelines.

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
