Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist The person will be responsible for independently managing the complete recruitment process and ensuring positions are closed within the required timelines. The role mainly focuses on hands-on recruitment and talent acquisition, especially for technical and manufacturing-related positions

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment from manpower requirement to candidate joining.
- Understand hiring requirements from HODs / Functional Heads and plan the sourcing strategy.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, references, consultants and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates as per the job requirements.
- Coordinate technical and HR interviews with HODs and Management.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a good candidate experience.
- Handle salary discussions, negotiations and offer closure.
- Follow up with selected candidates until their joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and hiring reports for Management.




- Ensure critical positions are closed within agreed timelines.
- Build a solid candidate pipeline for recurring and critical positions.
- Coordinate with external recruitment consultants when required.
- Maintain proper recruitment records and documentation.
- Identify reasons for offer dropouts / joining failures and take corrective action.
- Support HODs and Management in manpower planning and recruitment activities.

Preffered Candidate:- Who can join Immediately / within 20-30 days notice.

Location: Kuruli Plant, Pune. (next to Moshi, Pune-Nashik Highway, Pune)

What We Are Looking For:

- We are specifically looking for a strong hands-on recruiter, rather than a candidate who has primarily handled HR operations.
- The person should be capable of taking ownership of recruitment requirements and saying:

"Give me the requirement, and I will take ownership unl the candidate joins."
