Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced recruiter with at least three years of recruitment experience exclusively in the real estate industry. The role will focus on identifying and headhunting high-performing professionals from leading real estate companies in Gurgaon.
The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the Gurgaon real estate market, excellent sourcing capabilities, and a proven record of closing mid-level and senior-level positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and directly approach suitable candidates from Recruitment Staffing or HR Consultant.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, leasing, marketing, operations, and leadership positions.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Use LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, referrals, and market intelligence to source candidates.
- Screen candidates based on their experience, performance, cultural fit, and career objectives.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage offer negotiations and follow up with selected candidates until they join.
- Track competitor hiring activity, compensation trends, and talent movement within the Gurgaon real estate market.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates.
- Ensure that all sourcing and recruitment activities comply with applicable laws and skilled standards.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum three years of recruitment experience.
- Proven experience in headhunting and closing candidates from competitor organizations.
- Experience hiring for mid-level and senior-level positions.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Non-IT hiring - highly preferred.
