Role Description: The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore, responsible for managing end-to-end hiring activities for technical and non-technical positions. Day-to-day tasks include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules. The role involves driving an efficient full-life cycle recruiting process,



maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

The specialist will also contribute to employer branding initiatives, maintain recruitment metrics and reports, and collaborate closely with HR and leadership to support workforce planning and talent strategy.

- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Work closely with hiring managers on recruitment requirements.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Qualifications

- 0–1 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
