Role Overview

Pramod Group is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Manager – Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment across the organisation. The incumbent will work closely with the CHRO and business leaders to attract high-quality talent for corporate, sales, manufacturing, supply chain, marketing and other business functions.

Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle—from manpower requisition and sourcing to selection, offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partner with the CHRO and functional heads to understand workforce requirements and prepare hiring plans.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, recruitment consultants, professional networks, referrals and social media.
- Independently use LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate searches, talent mapping, InMail campaigns and pipeline management.
- Recruit for roles across FMCG sales, marketing, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, HR and corporate functions.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidates for skills, experience, cultural alignment and role suitability.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Manage offer negotiations, documentation, reference checks and pre-joining engagement.




- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Develop relationships with recruitment agencies, educational institutions and other talent partners.
- Track key recruitment metrics, including turnaround time, cost per hire, offer-to-joining ratio and source effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and periodically present hiring updates to the CHRO.
- Support employer-branding initiatives and represent Pramod Group effectively across recruitment platforms.
- Ensure a qualified and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.
- MBA/PGDM specialising in Human Resources from a recognised institution.

Required Skills

- 3–4 years of relevant talent acquisition experience, preferably in an FMCG, food manufacturing or consumer-products organisation.
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is essential.
- Proven ability to manage multiple positions and deliver within defined timelines.
- Good understanding of FMCG roles, talent markets and recruitment practices.
- Strong interviewing, candidate-assessment and salary-negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-driven, organised and capable of working closely with senior leadership.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, recruitment dashboards and applicant-tracking systems will be an advantage.
