Employment Type: Full-Time THE ROLEWe’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who can take ownership of the complete hiring process at Mukti & Kavith Casa.

From understanding the requirement to finding the right person, conducting the first round, managing the pipeline and getting candidates onboarded — you own the hiring process.

You’ll work closely with the founder, senior management and department heads to build teams across retail, fashion, design, production, sales, marketing, finance and corporate functions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Own the end-to-end recruitment process across the organisation.
- Understand hiring requirements, job profiles and team needs from management.
- Create clear and attractive Job Descriptions (JDs) for open positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, recruitment platforms and relevant networks.
- Build and maintain an active talent pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on experience, skills, communication, cultural fit and role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
- Handle salary discussions, offer coordination and joining follow-ups.
- Work closely with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source of hire, open positions and hiring pipeline.




- Build talent pools for recurring and critical positions.
- Develop relationships with recruitment consultants, agencies, colleges and relevant talent networks when required.
- Continuously improve the company's hiring process and candidate experience.

THE KIND OF PERSON WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Excellent sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and recruitment platforms.
- Experience hiring across multiple functions and levels.
- Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Comfortable handling multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of salary negotiations and offer management.
- Highly organised and comfortable working with recruitment trackers and MIS.
- Proactive, energetic and target-driven.
- Able to work independently and take complete ownership of hiring.

EXPERIENCE IN THESE INDUSTRIES IS A PLUSFashion | Luxury Retail | Retail | D2C | E-commerce | Hospitality | Lifestyle | Consumer Brands Experience hiring sales executives, fashion consultants, designers, production teams, retail staff and corporate functions will be an advantage.
