We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to manage end-to-end recruitment and drive hiring strategies aligned with business goals. The role involves leading the TA team, partnering with HR manager, and ensuring timely, quality hires across levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across junior to senior roles
- Manage and mentor the Talent Acquisition team
- Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs
- Drive sourcing through job portals, referrals, agencies, and social media
- Track recruitment metrics and improve hiring processes
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Prior team-handling experience preferred
- Solid stakeholder and communication skills
- MBA / PG in HR or related field
- Experience in Education industry
- Candidates preferably from Thane
