Company Description Aryans Global Exporters is a Maharashtra-based premium banana exporter serving key international markets including Iraq, UAE, Syria, Iran, and Saudi Arabia. The company shipped over 2,000 containers last year, reflecting strong international demand and established relationships with overseas buyers.

Our operations span 9 cold storages and 3 packaging warehouses, supported by partnerships with more than 75 vendors. With a strong focus on supply chain efficiency, cost optimization, quality, and profitability, Aryans Global Exporters is building a scalable platform for expansion across products and international markets.

Role Description We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to build the right team for our growing export business.

The primary responsibility will be to identify, evaluate, and hire the right candidates for specific product categories, markets, and business functions. The role will work closely with leadership to understand upcoming product and market requirements and build talent pipelines accordingly.

The role will also handle basic HR operations, including onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave, and coordination of routine HR requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and recruit talent for specific product categories and international markets.




- Source candidates through LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, referrals, and industry networks.
- Evaluate candidates based on product knowledge, market experience, communication, and commercial capabilities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Work with leadership to translate business expansion plans into hiring requirements.
- Manage recruitment from sourcing through onboarding.
- Handle basic HR documentation, attendance, leave, and employee records.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Management, Agriculture, International Business, or related fields.
- Solid recruitment, networking, communication, and candidate evaluation skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and identify the right talent.
- Experience in agriculture, exports, trading, sourcing, logistics, or international business is an advantage.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn and recruitment platforms.
- Hands-on, organized, and comfortable working directly with leadership.
