Role Description The Talent Acquisition Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, India. This position supports end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate communication.
The intern assists in organizing recruitment drives, updating applicant tracking systems, and preparing recruiting reports. Day-to-day responsibilities also include contributing to employer branding initiatives, collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements,
and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to support end-to-end hiring processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring to evaluate candidates and assist in selection decisions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding to help promote XenonStack as an attractive workplace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Positive organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Basic understanding of HR practices and recruitment tools; familiarity with applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, on-site environment in Chandigarh.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
