We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment. The intern will support candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate follow-ups, and maintaining recruitment trackers. This role offers practical exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes in a quick-growing technology company.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate interactions and assess basic role fit.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and follow-ups.
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day talent acquisition activities.
