We are looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Lead to design, drive, and execute our end-to-end recruitment strategy across our FMCG and Retail verticals in Bangalore!

? What You Will Do:

- Strategic Sourcing & Capacity Planning: Partner with business heads to forecast workforce needs for seasonal demands, store openings, and market expansion. Build robust pipelines for roles ranging from Brand Managers to Store Managers.
- Aggressive Sales Ramp-ups: Design highly scalable strategies for field sales hiring across General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and institutional sales channels.
- Blue-Collar & Frontline Scale: Build massive talent pipelines for warehouse staff, delivery partners, and in-store associates using vernacular recruitment tech, WhatsApp automation, and mobile-first tools.
- Team Leadership & Process Optimization: Lead, mentor, and upskill a high-performing recruitment team. Optimize workflows to reduce Time-to-Hire and Cost-per-Hire while maintaining top quality.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management:



Act as a trusted talent advisor to senior business leaders. Partner with specialized third-party manpower vendors and blue-collar staffing agencies to manage seasonal peaks and gig-workforce requirements.

? What We Are Looking For:

- Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years in talent acquisition, with at least 3–4 years leading recruitment teams specifically within the FMCG, E-commerce, or Retail industries.
- Domain Expertise: A proven track record of managing both high-volume frontline/blue-collar hiring and corporate hiring, with a solid emphasis on distributed field sales networks.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with modern ATS tools (e.g., Workday, Taleo, Greenhouse) and specialized hiring platforms (e.g., Apna, WorkIndia).
- Skills: Strong stakeholder management, excellent negotiation skills, data-driven mindset, and the ability to thrive in a high-velocity environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
