Responsibilities Source candidates through LinkedIn & job portals. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates. Conduct initial telephonic interviews. Coordinate and schedule interviews. Follow up and engage with candidates. Maintain recruitment trackers using Excel & Google Sheets. Post job openings and build candidate pipelines.
