Role: Intern - Talent Acquisition

What you will be doing?
- Support the Talent Acquisition team across e nd-to-end hiring activities for Tech, Product, Sales, and other business functions.
- Source relevant candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and other talent channels.
- Conduct candidate outreach and cold calls to understand candidate interest and pitch relevant opportunities.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, role fit, and compensation expectations.
Desired Profile?
- Pursuing an MBA or have completed an MBA, preferably in HR, Human Resources.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone and initiating conversations with new people.
- High energy, confidence, and willingness to take ownership.
Internship Tenure This is a fixed-term internship for 3 months only. The internship will conclude at the end of the three month period and is not a permanent or open ended internship position .
