Key Responsibilities

- Assist instructors in preparing and delivering lectures, workshops, or training sessions.

- Support students by answering basic queries and providing academic guidance.

- Help review assignments, quizzes, and assessments under faculty supervision.

- Monitor student attendance, participation, and progress.

- Coordinate classroom activities, discussions, and group projects.

- Prepare learning materials, presentations, and documentation.

- Manage communication with students regarding schedules, deadlines, and announcements.

- Provide administrative support, including maintaining records and organizing course resources.

- Ensure a positive and inclusive learning setting.

Required Qualifications

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good organizational and time-management abilities.





- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively.

- Prior tutoring or teaching experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Preferred Skills

- Presentation and public speaking skills.

- Problem-solving and mentoring ability.

- Basic knowledge of learning management systems (LMS).

- Attention to detail and professionalism.
