Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition & HR Professional to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across Talent Acquisition and HR, with specific recruitment experience in the US Healthcare / Medical Billing / RCM domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and Talent Acquisition activities.
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates for healthcare roles.
- Handle recruitment for Medical Billing, Medical Coding, Insurance/AR, AR Caller, RCM, Payment Posting, and related US Healthcare positions.
- Support HR operations, employee engagement, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.




- Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders on recruitment requirements.
- Maintain recruitment records, candidate pipelines, and hiring reports.
- Support day-to-day HR activities as required.

Requirements

- Master’s Degree in HR – MBA HR / PGDM HR / MHRM.
- 4–8 years of relevant TA/HR experience.
- Proven recruitment experience specifically in Medical Billing / RCM / US Healthcare roles.
- Experience hiring for Medical Billing, Medical Coding, Insurance/AR, AR Caller, Payment Posting, or similar healthcare roles.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong people management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Comfortable working from the office.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
