Role Overview: We are looking for a energetic and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing team. As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our organizational goals. Youll work closely with hiring managers and HR to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Write and post job descriptions on various platforms (LinkedIn, company career page, job boards, etc.).
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, and social platforms).




- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone/video interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams and provide timely feedback.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding handoff.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
