Experience: 1+ year in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, vendors, and other channels.
- Coordinate telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
- Follow up with candidates and ensure timely joining.
- Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and vendors for hiring requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience.
- Positive communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Languages mandatory: Tamil, English, Hindi, and Kannada.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
