Experience: Freshers / Candidates with relevant internship experience. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support day-to-day recruitment activities. This role provides hands-on exposure to candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement and recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals and other channels.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
- Communicate with candidates and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with recruitment reports and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is an advantage.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and good organisational skills.
