About the Role The ClearHire is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support end-to-end recruitment and hiring operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who has completed at least one internship and wants to build a career in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates across job portals, social media, and internal databases
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers accurately
- Draft and post job descriptions across relevant platforms
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls to assess fit
- Follow up with candidates through each stage of the hiring process




- Support offer rollout and onboarding coordination as needed
- Assist senior recruiters with client mandates and reporting

Requirements

- Must have completed at least one internship (HR, Talent Acquisition, or related field preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing tools, and job portals
- Comfortable using MS Office/Google Workspace for tracking and reporting
- Eager to learn, organized, and detail-oriented
