Talent Acquisition Executive

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The role involves sourcing and attracting qualified candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, conducting initial screening, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements and job specifications from hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening/interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure positions are closed within the required timelines.
- Negotiate salary, notice period, and other employment-related aspects with selected candidates.




- Coordinate the offer and joining process and ensure a smooth onboarding handover.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, and candidate databases.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives when required.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates on hiring status.
- Ensure recruitment activities are aligned with company policies and hiring guidelines.

Required Skills

- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong coordination and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment metrics and HR processes.

Experience 0–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR Recruitment, or a similar role.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
