At QI Spine , we’re building a healthcare organization that is changing the way people approach spine care. As we continue to grow across India, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can help us build the teams behind that growth.

What you’ll own

? Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions

? Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring requirements

? Drive sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals and other channels

? Build strong talent pipelines for current and future requirements

? Manage candidate engagement, interviews, offers and onboarding coordination

? Track and improve key hiring metrics such as TAT, offer-to-joining ratio, cost of hire and quality of hire

? Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

? Bring fresh ideas to improve our talent sourcing and hiring strategy

What we’re looking for

✔️ 1–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

✔️ Experience handling end-to-end recruitment





✔️ Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills

✔️ Good stakeholder management and communication skills

✔️ Ability to work in a rapid-paced, high-growth workplace

✔️ Someone who enjoys solving hiring challenges rather than simply closing positions
