Job Title: HR Recruiter (Minimum 0-1 Year of Experience)

Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai (Work from Office)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday - Friday) Saturdays: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Salary: As per industry standards

- Source and connect with candidates through various recruitment platforms.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and understand their experience, skills, and career expectations.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and the concerned team.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding interview status and updates.
- Discuss job offers, roles, responsibilities, and other relevant details with selected candidates.
- Handle salary negotiations and coordinate with candidates and internal teams.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates.




- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Candidate Profile

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and enthusiastic.
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and recruitment activities simultaneously.
- Prior recruitment/telecalling/HR experience is an advantage.
