Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team on a 1-year contract basis. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, onboarding, ensuring timely closure of positions and delivering a seamless candidate experience. The role will be based at our Pune Head Office.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Follow up with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
- Manage offer roll-out, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding.




- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with HR Operations for onboarding and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and processes.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience in hiring for corporate, support functions, or operations roles preferred.
- Good understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Exposure to job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
- Good negotiation and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
