Role : We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive who will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to offer closure.

The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, good follow-up abilities, and a proactive approach to hiring.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with Hiring Managers and Department Heads.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage offer rollouts, salary discussions, negotiations, and offer closures.
- Ensure timely completion of pre-joining documentation.
- Maintain and update the candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker.
- Ensure open positions are closed within the agreed TAT and hiring timelines.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate information in the ATS/HRMS.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
