We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to support and strengthen our hiring efforts across business, creative, and corporate functions. Roles & Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing:
- Drive candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other innovative channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
Screening & Coordination:
- Conduct initial HR screenings, evaluate candidate fit, and coordinate interview processes seamlessly with hiring managers and candidates.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate journey through proactive communication, timely follow-ups, and smooth interview scheduling.
Recruitment Operations:
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview feedback records, and hiring reports with high accuracy and organization.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within influencer marketing, media, digital agencies, startups or other high-growth environments
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn hiring, job portals, and social media sourcing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in Google Workspace / MS Office and experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is an added advantage
