Role & responsibilities

- Understand project requirements and translate technical manpower requirements into effective sourcing strategies.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, skilled networks, referrals, and other relevant channels.

- Screen candidates based on technical experience, project exposure, qualifications, location, availability, and compensation.

- Coordinate technical interviews and feedback with project and functional teams.

- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming project requirements.

- Handle multiple vacancies across different engineering disciplines and project locations.

- Manage candidate communication, salary discussions, documentation, offer release, and joining follow-up.

- Coordinate pre-employment checks, documentation, and onboarding activities.

- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on hiring progress and open positions.

- Build and maintain a database of engineering professionals for future project requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-5 years of experience in recruitment

- Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment/job portal tools.
