Job Title: Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for target-oriented Talent Acquisition professionals who can independently manage recruitment targets, build strong client relationships, and lead a team of recruiters.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve and consistently exceed recruitment and business targets .
- Manage and develop client relationships and understand their hiring requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to deliver results.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to successful closures.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies and ensure timely fulfilment of requirements.
- Track team performance, recruitment metrics, and productivity.
- Coordinate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
