Hiring: Talent Acquisition Executive | Immediate Joiner

Location: Chembur, Mumbai

Experience: 4-10 Years

Working: 6 Days a Week

Industry: Hospitality / Facility Management -Airports & Metro Projects

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment and bulk hiring for hospitality and operational roles (white collar).

Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, references and other channels.

Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups and drive timely closures.

¢ Manage offer, joining and onboarding processes.

¢ Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and hiring reports.

¢ Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and meet hiring targets.

Requirements

¢ 48 years of recruitment experience, preferably in hospitality, facility management, aviation, metro or service industries.

¢ Bulk hiring experience is mandatory.

¢ Robust sourcing, communication and candidate-management skills.

¢ Ability to handle multiple positions and deliver against hiring targets.

¢ Immediate joiners only.
