The Role

We know exactly who we want on this team. Until now, we've been finding them the way small companies do: late, and only when something breaks. You're here to change that.

You'll own hiring end to end: finding the people, running the process, and closing the ones we want. You'll be the first person a candidate speaks to, and the bridge between them and the rest of the team. Along the way you'll also handle the smaller people things that come with a growing company — onboarding, paperwork, the occasional "who do I ask about this?"

This is an entry-level role. The process, the tools, the way we work — all of that we'll teach you.



What we can't teach is judgement about people: reading a CV and knowing what it isn't saying, sensing within 5 minutes of a call whether someone is sharp or just polished, telling the difference between nervous and unprepared. That's the part you need to bring.

What You'll Do

- Run hiring from start to finish: source candidates, screen, schedule, interview, and make offers
- Be the candidate's guide through the process — clear, quick, and honest at every step
- Build and maintain a pipeline so we're never starting from zero when a role opens
- Handle onboarding and the basic HR admin that keeps a small team running smoothly

What We're Looking For

- A degree in any discipline — psychology, business, or HR is a plus, but curiosity matters more
- 0–2 years of experience; internships in recruiting, campus placement, or people-facing roles all count
- A genuine read on people: you notice things in conversation that others miss
- Organised enough to run several searches at once without letting a candidate fall through the cracks
